Good morning
For the well-being of your employees, you could close the doors especially with the outside temperatures... As a customer it doesn't make you want to linger in the first aisles as it's cold and you feel bad about buying in a store that treats its employees this way. Especially since it is an ecological abberation.

Following a price error on a product I request a refund at the checkout, the cashier calls a saleswoman but she cannot make the refund, so we go see the store manager.
The manager asks the saleswoman why I am requesting a refund, the saleswoman explains that the price does not correspond to the label I saw.
The manager, without even going to see where the product is and if the label corresponds to the product, replies that it is the customer who is deceived (even if this was the case I have the right to request a refund) , I kindly replied that it was more the fault of the display which was not clear and asked him to reimburse me. She told me that if I spoke like that she was not going to reimburse me and that she is not at my disposal. I started to get angry telling him that this is no way to treat a customer and asked him for a refund quickly because I had already been waiting 10 minutes for this. She just told me that it was my fault and she went back to other departments without coming to make the refund at the checkout, I go back to the checkout and the cashier explains to me that she can't do anything without the manager. In addition, we are talking about a product going for 5 euros instead of 2 euros. So for 3 euros the manager and I caused a scandal in the store and she never came to refund me. I think this is not legal due to an error (whether mine or the store's).
For 3 euros I will never come to your house again even though I have been a customer for years, because of a manager who does not care at all about customer satisfaction but who just wants to blame them.
It's rare that I leave a bad review, I prefer to leave positive reviews but when it comes to scam or lack of respect and professionalism I think we must warn other customers.
I don't understand why you let the cashier work with the door open when it's cold outside, she is forced to work in coats, the customers are also cold but the cashier says she is not allowed to close the door
I find this absurd because customers are able to open a door to enter your store and I think that you would save on heating instead of letting them leave through your open doors knowing that all the stores in the area have their doors closed and this does not prevent customers from entering.

An elderly person at the checkout unable to cash me because there was no bar code on the product. She made me go back into the room to get another one with the bar code. I couldn't find it, so she told me to go find someone in the store who could give me the code.
